Wondering why your body won't settle?

You've probably been told to rest more, stretch it out or just push through. Maybe you've had treatment that felt rushed or too painful, or been given exercises you couldn't fit into your day. This isn't about pushing through anymore. Once we work out what's actually going on with your muscles and how your body's holding tension, things start to shift and you start moving more freely again.

Hi, I'm Cas Clarke

I live with my own neck and back issues, and I know what it's like when pain starts affecting your sleep, your work and the everyday things you want to do. I also know how much it matters to feel heard when you're asking for help.

I'm a diploma-qualified remedial massage therapist. I've worked with the Newcastle Knights and in mobile massage before opening my own clinic here in Tanilba Bay. Those experiences taught me that good treatment isn't just about technique, it's about listening, explaining what's happening and adapting to the person in front of me.

I take the time to understand what's going on with your body, explain what I'm doing and work with you at a pace that feels right. What keeps me doing this work is helping someone leave feeling more comfortable, moving a little easier and knowing there's a way forward. I'd love to help you do the same.

The image shows a warm, welcoming remedial massage clinic filled with personality, natural colours and thoughtful details.
At the centre is a smiling woman with curly, light brown hair loosely tied up in a messy bun. She is wearing a black scrub shirt embroidered with the blue Remedial by Cas logo and a green pendant necklace. She sits behind a navy-blue massage table, holding a pen and writing in a notebook. Her relaxed expression gives a sense of kindness, confidence and approachability.
Behind her, the cream-coloured wall proudly displays the words “Remedial by Cas – Remedial Massage Therapy – Tilligerry NSW”, accompanied by a blue figure-shaped logo. Green trailing plants hang from wooden shelves above, creating a calming, natural atmosphere.
The clinic is decorated with anatomical trigger point charts, softly glowing candles, a Himalayan salt lamp, neatly folded blue towels and small decorative frogs. A blackboard on the left reads, “Helping you move better, feel better & live better.”
To the right, a display rack holds colourful Archies footwear, with a beach-themed promotional poster hanging above it. Another blackboard reads, “Bodies carry stress. I help them let it go.”
Across the massage table are several items representing the therapist's work and personality. These include a wooden tray of clear massage cupping tools, massage products, a small black massage tool, a potted plant and a coffee mug reading “Coffee fuels kindness.”
Two open notebooks sit prominently on the table. One lists things the therapist loves, including helping people, healing hands, learning, frogs, dogs, community and Tilligerry life. The other contains a daily plan focused on knowledge, intention, healing hands, happy clients and a grateful heart.
A small wooden sign reads “Small business. Big heart.”
Along the bottom of the image, written in elegant white lettering, are the words:
“Grateful for every body that walks through my door.”
The entire scene is illuminated by warm, golden lighting, with a combination of earthy tones, greenery, navy blue and soft cream.
Overall, the image portrays a passionate, caring and down-to-earth remedial massage therapist in a clinic that feels both professional and personal. It communicates a genuine love of helping people, pride in the local community and gratitude for every client who visits.
