2. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be made through our online booking system, MyAppointments, or by contacting Remedial by Cas directly.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and completing any required health intake forms.
Please arrive on time and advise of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or changes in your health before treatment.
Appointment availability, treatment durations and prices may change. Any changes to confirmed bookings will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
As a small, appointment-based clinic, each appointment is reserved specifically for you.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment.
No-Shows and Late Cancellations
A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked treatment fee may apply when:
- A client fails to attend their appointment without providing notice.
- An appointment is cancelled within 24 hours without reasonable explanation.
- Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments occur without reasonable notice.
Any fee will be assessed reasonably, taking into account the circumstances, notice provided, loss incurred by the clinic and applicable consumer law.
Illness and Emergencies
Your health and wellbeing are important.
If you are unwell, particularly with a contagious illness, please do not attend your appointment.
We understand that illness and unexpected circumstances can arise without warning.
If you contact Remedial by Cas as soon as reasonably possible to advise that you are unwell, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will also be considered individually.
This policy is intended primarily to address missed appointments without communication and avoidable last-minute cancellations, not to penalise clients for being genuinely unwell.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration.
4. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting other clients.
The full treatment fee may still apply where the reserved appointment time cannot reasonably be recovered.
If insufficient time remains to provide appropriate treatment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
5. Health Information and Client Responsibilities
Your health and safety are our priority.
