By accessing this website or booking a consultation with Marny Smithard Homeopath ("the Practice," "I," "we"), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Homeopathy is a complementary therapy. Consultations, remedies, and recommendations provided are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a registered medical practitioner. Always consult your GP or qualified medical professional for medical conditions, emergencies, or before stopping any prescribed medication.
3. Practitioner Qualifications
Marny Smithard holds an Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy diploma and operates in accordance with AHA and ATMS professional standards.
4. Bookings & Consultations
- Consultations are available online as per website.
- A booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Clients must provide accurate health information; the Practice is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or withheld information.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24 hours' notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $50.00."
6. Payment
- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice following consultation.
- Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer, Payment via Booking App.
- Prices are subject to change without notice; confirmed bookings honour the price at time of booking.
7. Remedies & Products
- Remedies and blends are prepared for the individual client and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Products are not evaluated by the TGA in the way conventional medicines are; where applicable, appropriate disclaimers per TGA guidelines will be included on product listings.
- Store remedies as directed; the Practice is not responsible for misuse or improper storage.
8. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent
- Clients are responsible for informing the Practice of all relevant health conditions, medications, and pregnancy status.
- Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
- Homeopathic treatment is undertaken at the client's own discretion and informed consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Practice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website, services, or products, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
