  • You're constantly bloated and uncomfortable, no matter what you eat
  • Your periods have become so heavy or painful you dread them coming
  • You feel stressed all the time and you can't switch off, even when you try
  • You've tried so many things already but nothing seems to last, and you don't know where to start anymore

You've probably tried cutting out foods, following different diets, taking supplements you found online, or been given advice that helped for a little while but didn't stick. This isn't about trying harder. Once we look at the bigger picture of what's actually going on with your digestion, your stress, your hormones and your everyday life, things start to make sense, and you start feeling like yourself again.

Nutritionist Aesha Haris playfully posing with fresh avocados covering her eyes, reflecting her warm and approachable approach to nutrition at Nourish Health in Casula.

Hi, I'm Aesha El Haris

My journey into nutrition began from wanting to understand health on a deeper level, not just symptoms, but the person as a whole. Through my own experiences with health and motherhood, and the demands of everyday life, I saw how many women spend years putting themselves last, quietly struggling with their own health while keeping up with everything and everyone around them.

That experience led me to study clinical nutrition and nutrition medicine, and later continue my studies in clinical Western herbal medicine. I wanted to build the knowledge and skills to support women in a way that was practical, individualised and grounded in evidence. Today, through Nourish Health by Aesha, I bring together my clinical nutrition knowledge with my understanding of herbal medicine, lifestyle and wellbeing.

My approach is not about perfection, extreme diets or taking endless supplements. It is about listening, looking at the bigger picture and helping you understand what your body may need, then making small, realistic changes that can become part of everyday life. I created Nourish Health because I believe you deserve a space where you can slow down, be genuinely heard and feel supported in looking after yourself.
