I’m a homeopath, a support worker, and someone who has always been deeply curious about people what makes us who we are, how we experience the world, and what happens when we don’t quite feel like ourselves.
My own experience with homeopathy began when I was feeling exhausted and depleted, struggling with brain fog, forgetfulness, painful mouth ulcers and regular afternoon crashes. What surprised me most about my first consultation wasn’t simply the questions I was asked it was being given the time and space to tell my story in my own words.
Over time, I noticed changes in how I felt physically and emotionally, but what stayed with me most was the experience of being genuinely heard.
That experience shaped the way I work today.
I don’t believe you should have to fit yourself into a checklist of symptoms. I want to understand your experience the details, patterns and little things that make your story uniquely yours. Sometimes the things you almost dismiss as insignificant can be the very things that help us understand the bigger picture.
So bring the whole story. The things you know are relevant, the things you’re unsure about, and even the things you’ve never really said out loud before.
My aim is to create a space where you can slow down, feel comfortable and talk openly without judgement or rushing. You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You simply need to come as you are.
And when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside somewhere — walking my dog, doing Pilates, sitting in the sunshine with a cup of tea, listening to the birds, or satisfying my endless curiosity by learning something new.
I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that allows me to meet people in such a personal and meaningful way.
If you’re ready to feel heard, I’d love to hear your story.
